Driving Lesson Policies

Cancellation, rescheduling, and other important booking terms are outlined below.

Subsection (b)
Aside from the fee charged for each driving lesson, there are no other fees.
Road test vehicle use is only available through the published Warm Up + Road Test lesson type after prior approval.
Current prices are shown on the Pricing page and during booking before payment.
Subsection (c)
There are no extra charges that are incurred by a student aside from their lesson fee.
Subsection (d)
No other person can be in the driver training school vehicle during the student's lesson time.
Subsection (e)
For a 90-minute in-car lesson, the actual amount of practice driving time the student will receive is 75 minutes.

We only take students to road tests in our vehicle after we have assessed them and approved them as road-test ready. To be assessed, please book a regular driving lesson first. If we determine that you are well prepared for the test, you may then book this Warm Up + Road Test option. Booking a lesson with us does not guarantee that we will allow use of our vehicle for the road test. We protect our reputation with examiners and our standard of instruction, so safety, readiness, and teaching quality always take precedence.

Subsection (g)
Cancellations
If you cancel more than 48 hours before the lesson, you may receive a full refund. If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the lesson, you may receive a 50% refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours are non-refundable.
Arriving late
If you are up to 20 minutes late and notify your instructor that you are running late, you will receive the remaining portion of your scheduled lesson and will still be charged the full lesson fee. If you are more than 20 minutes late, the instructor will leave and no refund will be provided.
Missed lesson
If the student does not attend the scheduled lesson, no refund will be provided.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
