You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and for maintaining access to the email or phone number used for booking communications.

Lesson availability, prices, payment requirements, cancellation rules, rescheduling rules, late arrivals, no-shows, refunds, and road-test vehicle use are governed by the current school policy shown on the Policy page and during booking.
A booking is not guaranteed until the required booking steps, payment or approval steps, and confirmation process are complete.
Road-test vehicle use requires prior approval and may be declined when safety, readiness, scheduling, vehicle, licensing, or policy requirements are not met.
Students must hold the required learner or driver licence, follow instructor directions, arrive fit to drive, and avoid unsafe, impaired, distracted, or unlawful behaviour.
Students are responsible for giving accurate booking information and promptly telling us about licence restrictions, medical concerns, road-test details, location changes, or anything that could affect a lesson.
We may end or refuse a lesson when safety, legal, vehicle, or policy requirements are not met.
Driving lessons and feedback are educational services. We do not guarantee that a student will pass an ICBC road test, receive a licence, or achieve a specific result.
Website content is general information and may change. If website content conflicts with written school policy, booking confirmation, or direct communication from the school, the more specific current communication controls.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Zula Driving School is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, booking availability, schedule changes, or third-party services.
