Keep the cyclists in your developing traffic picture

The bike path is on the left and bends across the road ahead. Notice the group and the last rider while driving, instead of treating cyclists as irrelevant once your car has passed them.

Apply the crossing controls and wait for the path to clear

At the stop, the bicycle path has no stop or yield control in the example. The car waits for cyclists and then a pedestrian. Reassess all road users before taking your turn; passed cyclists may still have priority at the next conflict.
