The A4 and A6 discussion covers observations before the brake is released and continued direct rear-window observation. Check both shoulders and the surroundings before allowing the car to roll; the video returns to these observations as a central weakness.
B4, B8 and B13 are different issues: room to turn without cutting off others, a suitable place for the manoeuvre, and clearance from the curb. Practise each separately rather than treating every parking comment as the same problem.
The sheet records 57 km/h in a 50 zone. Treat the posted limit as the limit and correct speed early. The instructor’s speculation about examiner tolerance or marks is not an official allowance to speed.
The remaining comments concern applying the parking brake and setting the wheels appropriately on a hill. Putting the transmission in Park does not complete every parking step. Use this result as a practice checklist, not a universal scoring formula.
