Stop on yellow unless a safe stop is no longer possible

The student continues through the yellow light and then worries that stopping was required. In this example the instructor explains that a safe stop was no longer available. Yellow requires stopping unless that cannot be done safely; it is not permission to accelerate to beat the light.
